Is Jasper really the STI capital of Canada?

You may have heard from a few different sources that Jasper and Banff are the STI capitals of Canada but this is not the case.
However, Jasper does have a high rate of STI’s. This is because Jasper has a large population of young adults, larger than any other age group in the community. The highest rates of STI’s in Canada are among young people between the ages of 15-24. Explaining why we have a high rate of STI’s.
